浅谈高校专利的实施与产业化
Shallowly discusses to patent exploitation and industrialization in our country universities
本文根据知识产权统计的调查结果，就专利实施与产业化的制约因素进行分析，并在此基础上，提出高校专利转化的建议对策，旨在推动我国高校专利的实施与产业化发展。
ccording to the investigation result of intellectual property rights statistics, this paper analyzed the restriction factor of patent exploitation and industrialization, and in this foundation, put forward the countermeasure and proposal about patent transformation in universities, in for the purpose of impelling the development of patent exploitation and industrialization in our country universities.
