两种方法建立犬髂动脉狭窄模型的对比分析

目的:应用球囊扩张法与血管缝合法建立用于血管支架置入研究的犬髂动脉狭窄模型,对比分析两种方法的优缺点。方法:实验动物为体重在15-20kg的杂种犬10只,平均分为2组,分别采用球囊扩张法和血管缝合法处理其双侧髂外动脉,3个月后进行血管造影评价狭窄率,比较两组造模成功率,并分析两种方法的优缺点。结果:采用球囊扩张法和血管缝合法分别处理犬髂外动脉各10条,3个月的血管造影结果显示球囊扩张法建立了3条狭窄血管,狭窄率均不足30%;血管缝合法成功建立了8条狭窄血管,狭窄率均大于50%。结论:球囊扩张法造狭窄成功率低,不适合建立犬髂动脉狭窄模型,而血管缝合法则能够稳定地建立支架置入所需的犬髂外动脉狭窄模型,但操作复杂、并发症多是其主要缺点。

Objective:The canine model with external iliac artery stenosis suitable for stent placement study were developed by balloon dilation and vascular suture separately, and the strongpoint and disadvantage of two methods are analyzed.Method: Ten canines were randomly divided into 2 groups. The weight is 15-20Kg.Treat bilateral external iliac arteries by balloon dilation and vascular suture separately. Stenosis rate was monitored by angiography after 3 months. The succeed rate of developing the model was compared, and the strongpoint and disadvantage of two methods are analyzed.Results: Ten external iliac arteries were treated with balloon dilation, the other ten were with vascular suture. The angiography after 3 months showed that balloon dilation developed 3 stenotic arteries, the stenosis rate was less than 30%; Vascular suture developed 8 stenotic arteries, the rate was more than 50%.Conclusion: The stenosis rate of balloon dilation was too low to suitable for developing canine iliac artery stenosis model. Vascular suture developed this model stably, but complicated manipulation and many complications were major disadvantages of this method.
