砂含泥量对泵送混凝土性能的影响
Influence of mud content in sand on the performance of pumping
本文采用不同含泥量的砂配制C40泵送混凝土,通过测定混凝土拌合物的坍落度、坍落度经时损失、含气量、压力泌水率、电通量以及不同龄期的抗压强度对比不同含泥量砂对泵送混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,与完全不含泥分的洁净砂相比,含少量泥分(<7%)的砂子对混凝土拌合物和易性有所改善,并使混凝土的早期抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性略有提高,含泥量过大(≥7%)会显著降低混凝土拌合物的流动性、28d抗压强度和抗氯离子渗透性。因此,含有适量泥分的砂子可以用于中高强度泵送混凝土的配制。
In this paper, preparation C40 pumping concrete with different mud sand, and contrast of different mud sand on pumping concrete througt the determination of concrete mixture slump, slump loss, gas content, pressure bleeding rate, electric flux and different age strength. The test results show that, containing a small amount of clay content ( < 7% ) of sand on concrete workability is improved with no mud divided clean compared to sand, and the concrete compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration increased slightly, mud content is too large (≥7% ) will significantly reduce the concrete mixture of liquidity, 28d compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability. Therefore, the amount of sludge containing sand can be used for high strength pump concrete.
