长寿湖浮游植物优势种及其影响因子
Phytoplankton dominant species and environmental impact factors in Changshou Lake
为探究长寿湖浮游植物功能群时空变化特征及其环境影响因子,于2013年3月至2014年2月对长寿湖7个采样点进行逐月调查,对浮游植物优势种时空变化特点及其与环境因子的关系进行了分析。结果表明:长寿湖全年优势度Y≥0.02的优势种有10种,分别为泽丝藻、具尾逗隐藻、啮蚀隐藻、马索隐藻、汉斯冠盘藻、平裂藻、鞘丝藻、小尖头藻、狭形纤维藻及未定衣藻。时间变化上,春季优势种主要为泽丝藻、具尾逗隐藻和汉斯冠盘藻;夏季优势种主要为小尖头藻、泽丝藻、汉斯冠盘藻和鞘丝藻;秋季主要优势种为双对栅藻、汉斯冠盘藻、具尾逗隐藻和马索隐藻;冬季主要优势种为具尾逗隐藻、倪氏拟多甲藻、鞘丝藻和未定衣藻。空间变化上,湖区西北部主要优势种为具尾逗隐藻和汉斯冠盘藻,中、东部主要优势种为泽丝藻和未定衣藻。Pearson相关性分析结果表明春季主要优势种与 和TP显著正相关,与SD显著负相关;夏季主要优势种与光照强度显著正相关,与DOC负相关;秋季主要优势种与EC负相关;冬季主要优势种与EC显著正相关,与浊度和光照强度正相关。
In order to explore the space-time characteristics and the environmental impact factors of phytoplankton dominant species in the Changshou Lake, the study was performed from March 2013 to February 2014 monthly at 7 sampling points. The results showed that The phytoplankton dominant species during the whole sampling period were Limnothrix sp., Komma caudate, Cryptomonas erosa , Cryptomonas marssonii, Stephanodiscus hantzschii, Merismopedia sp., Lyngbya sp., Raphidiopsis sp., Ankistrodesmus angustus, and Chlamydomonas incerta. The main dominant species in spring were Limnothrix sp., Komma caudate and Stephanodiscus hantzschii, Raphidiopsis sp., Limnothrix sp., Stephanodiscus hantzschii and Lyngbya sp. in summer, Scenedesmus bijuga, Stephanodiscus hantzschii, Komma caudate and Cryptomonas erosa in autumn, Komma caudate, Peridiniopsis niei, Lyngbya sp., Chlamydomonas incerta, Cryptomonas erosa in winter . For spatial changes, the main dominant species were Komma caudate and Stephanodiscus hantzschii in the northwest of the lake, Limnothrix sp. and Chlamydomonas incerta in the middle and eastern part of the lake. In spring, the main dominant species were significant positive correlated with and TP and a significant negative correlated with SD; In summer, the dominant species were significant positive with light intensity, and negatively correlated with DOC; the dominant species was negatively correlated with EC; the main dominant species in winter was significant positive correlated with EC, and were positive correlated with turbidity and light intensity.
