Experimental Study of Retarding Characteristics of R245fa

本文分析了R245fa的阻燃机理及影响可燃工质燃爆极限的因素,试验研究了R245fa在电打火(点火能约为100J)和普通打火机点火两种条件下对R290、R152a、DME、R600a的阻燃特性,结果表明,点火能大小、点火源形式对可燃工质燃爆极限影响很大, R245fa的阻燃效果弱于R134a。

In this paper, the retarding mechanism of R245fa and the factors affecting flammable limits (LFL and UFL) of refrigerants were analyzed. Under conditions of electrical ignition (energy of ignition was about 100J.) and ignition with common lighter, the retarding characteristics of R245fa to R290, R152a, DME, R600a were studied in a test. The results showed that flammable limits of refrigerants were greatly affected by the energy and mode of ignition, the retarding effect of R245fa was worse than that of R134a.
