电加热式固体蓄热装置效率的实验研究
Experimental research of efficiency on electric-heated thermal storage device with solid media
对一种电加热式固体蓄热装置的蓄热过程进行理论分析和实验研究,提出了固体蓄热中等效温升的计算方法。通过研究耗电量与等效温升的关系,得到蓄热效率曲线,其中当温度低于250℃时装置的蓄热效率约为70%。研究表明,加热元件和装置的密封性会影响蓄热效率,其中蓄热效率随温度的升高先增大后减小;同时蓄热材料的热导率也会影响蓄热效率。要提高装置的蓄热效率,应采用:质量小、比热容小的加热元件;密封性更好的结构。
In this paper,According to theoretical analysis and experimental research on the process of thermal storage in electric-heated thermal storage device with solid media, the calculation of equivalent rising temperature was proposed in the paper. Based on the relationship between power consumption and equivalent rising temperature, the curve of thermal storage efficiency was summarized. When temperature is below 250℃, the thermal storage efficiency of the device is about 70%. The research shows that the heating element and the sealing property will affect the thermal storage efficiency, which increases first and then decreases with the temperaturerising. The thermal conductivity of solid material also affects the efficiency. To improve the thermal storage efficiency of device, some measures can be taken: a lighter heating element with smaller specific heat capacity; structure with better sealing property.
