基于风险矩阵的中国IT企业运营风险评估
Operational Risk Assessment of Chinese IT Enterprises Based on Risk Matrix
目前中国很多IT企业还正处于成长期阶段，由于管理制度的不成熟，运营过程中存在很多风险，如：产品风险、研发风险等。这些风险严重制约了中国IT企业的健康发展。本文基于风险矩阵法构建了应用于中国IT企业运营风险评估的风险矩阵，并设计出了风险评估的基本流程，以期为中国IT企业运营风险的评估提供一种科学、有效的评估方法。
t present,many Chinese IT enterprises are still in the growing stage,due to the immaturity of the management system,there are many risks in the operation process ,such as:Product risk, R&D risk,etc.. These risks have seriously hampered the healthy development of China's IT enterprises. Based on the risk matrix method，this paper build a risk matrix applied to the operational risk assessment of Chinese IT enterprises and design a basic flow for the risk assessment，so that it could provide a scientific and effective assessment method for the operational risk assessment of Chinese IT enterprises.
