基于噪声声强最弱的泵控压机卸压特性研究

针对泵控压机液压系统卸压冲击问题,本文采用功率键合图的方法进行研究。首先,建立了RKP泵及其它元件的功率键合图模型和以RKP泵为主控单元的泵控系统的功率键合图模型。得到基于噪声声强最弱的理论卸压曲线,并通过仿真分析和实验验证,基于键合图理论模型的仿真曲线与实测曲线吻合较好,并且具有较好的卸压效果。最后得出了理论卸压曲线可获得最优的卸压特性。

ccording to the problem of the pressure-relief shock of the hydraulic system of pump-controlled press,this paper used the method of power bond graph to study. Firstly, the model of the power bond graph of RKP pumps and other components were established, and the model of power bond graph of pump-controlled system which the RKP pump as the main control unit was established. The theoretical pressure-relief curve based on the weakest noise intensity was deduced, which has been proved by simulations and experimental results. The results show the simulation curve and actual curve based on bond graph theory model agree well, and has the effect of pressure-relief better. Finally, a conclusion that the theoretical pressure-relief curve achieved the best pressure-relief characteristics was drew.
