蜱类交配效应研究概述
Research review on mating effects in ticks
蜱类是专性吸血、外寄生的重要媒介动物,传播多种疾病,对人类健康和畜牧业生产造成极大的危害。蜱的繁殖力极强,对其交配效应的研究是蜱类生殖生理学和发育生理学领域的重要内容。本文在分析对比硬蜱和软蜱生殖营养循环特点的基础上,系统阐述了蜱类交配效应的研究现状,着重论述交配对硬蜱血餐与产卵的影响和交配过程中的保护性物质,以期为此领域的研究及蜱类防治拓展思路。
icks are ectoparasitic and obligate blood-sucking arthropods, can transmit a great variety of infectious pathogens, which cause severe damage to human health and domestic animals. The fertility of ticks is extremely strong, which has attracted widespread attentions of researchers on investigating the mating effects of ticks from the perspective of reproductive physiology and developmental physiology. In this study, based on the comparative analysis of gonotrophic cycle between hard and soft ticks, we systematically reviewed the current state of knowledge regarding the mating effects in ticks, especially focused on the effects of mating on the feeding and ovipositing of hard ticks, and the protective substances appeared in the process of mating, which would provide new ideas for the researches of this field and tick control.
