综合空调房间气流组织与气动噪声研究

Research on Air Distribution and Aerodynamic Noise of the Integrated Air-Conditioned Room

本文建立了空调室内机和室内空间组成的综合流场模型,并采用大涡模拟对整体空调房间结合换热器进行了等温流动数值计算,继而对蜗舌、蜗壳和叶轮等主要音源表面的近、远场辐射噪声频谱进行了分析。获得了不同速度下的气流组织分布,指出了合适的空调转速范围。获取了一些涡分布等气动特性,叶轮近场出现了四个低频特征频率,远场一个特征频率特征。为后续实验研究提供参考。

In this paper, an integrated flow-field model of the indoor air-conditioner and interior space was established. A numerical calculation of the whole air-conditioned room with heat exchanger was made on isothermal flow conditions using large-eddy simulation ,and the near and far field radiated noise frequency spectrum on the tongue, volute and impeller surface which were the major acoustic sources was analyzed. Obtained the distribution of airflow at different speeds ,showed the appropriate speed range of air-conditioning. some Vortex distribution of aerodynamic characteristics was got,and there were four characteristic frequencies in impeller near field and one in far field. It Provided a reference for follow-up experimental study.
