不同耐寒性狗牙根对冻害胁迫的生理响应
Physiological response of Cynodon dactylon (L. ) with different cold-resistance under freezing stress
用盆栽法研究了4份狗牙根材料对零下低温胁迫的生理响应。结果表明:随着温度的降低,狗牙根根茎电导率呈上升趋势,脯氨酸表现为先下降后上升趋势,丙二醛含量、SOD活性、POD活性均呈先下降后上升再下降趋势,且SOD、POD活性同步性较好。与寒敏感材料Cd128、Cd147相比,抗寒性强的狗牙根材料Cd039、Cd093的电导率升高较慢,丙二醛相对较低,脯氨酸上升较快,SOD活性相对较高,POD活性表现不稳定。
Physiological response to freezing temperature for four Bermuda grass was studied with pot method. The results showed that during the freezing stress of Bermudagrass rhizomes, electrical conductivity (EC) showed increasing tendency, proline (Pro) content was appeared trends of first decreasing, and then increasing, Malondialdephyde content (MAD), superoxide dismutasethe (SOD) activity and peroxidase (POD) activity showed the tendency firstly decreasing then increasing and last decreasing, and SOD activity simultaneously Changed with POD. Compared with cold-sensitive materials of Cd128 and Cd147, Cd039 and Cd093 with high Cold-resistance showed the tendency that EC increased slowly and MAD was low, Pro was increased quickly, SOD activity were relatively high, and POD activity appeared unstable.
