细胞凋亡作为一种特殊的细胞死亡方式,在生物体的进化、内环境的稳定以及多个系统的发育中起着重要的作用,具有复杂的分子生物学机制及重要的生物学意义。凋亡是多基因严格控制的过程,Bcl-2家族蛋白是重要的细胞凋亡调节因子,包括抑制和促进细胞凋亡两类功能相反的蛋白质,成员之间相互作用对内源性细胞凋亡起调控作用。凋亡过程的紊乱与许多疾病的发生有直接或间接的关系,研究Bcl-2家族在细胞凋亡过程中的作用方式及机制有助于研究者寻找有效,可行的治疗方法,为新药物的研发提供新的靶目标。

poptosis is a special pathway of cell death; it plays a very important role on the evolution of organism, homeostasis of environment and the development of systems. Apoptosis has a complex mechanism of molecular biology and important meanings for biology. Apoptosis is a process with a strict control of multiple genes. Bcl-2 family proteins are crucial for the regulation of apoptosis. Two types of proteins from Bcl-2 react with each other to regulate apoptosis. The disorders of apoptosis are related with number of diseases. To research the mechanisms of Bcl-2 family is very meaningful for the treatment of such diseases and new targets for drugs development.
