微波辐射磷钼酸铈盐催化柴油氧化脱硫研究

Oxidative desulfurization of diesel fuel catalyzed by cerium phosphomolybdate under microwave radiation

研究了微波辐射下磷钼酸铈盐催化模型油和直馏柴油的氧化脱硫反应,并考察了不同萃取条件对柴油的脱硫率和收率的影响。结果表明,在相同的反应条件下,微波辐射加热时DBT、BT的脱除率比普通加热分别提高了4.2倍和3.8倍;在70 ℃和400 W微波功率下催化反应2 h,DBT、BT的脱除率分别达到95.6%和74.8%;在m(催化剂)/m(柴油)为7.1 mg/g,H2O2初始浓度为0.44 mol/L,微波功率为400 W和70 ℃下反应2 h,然后在ν(萃取剂)/ ν(柴油)为1/4的条件下用DMF萃取1次,柴油脱硫率为69.6%,收率为97.5%;萃取次数增加,柴油脱硫率提高了,但收率明显下降,柴油的高脱硫率和高收率是一对矛盾。

he oxidative desulfurization of model oil and straight-run diesel catalyzed by cerium phosphomolybdate under microwave radiation was studied. And comparison of desulfurization rates and recovery rates of diesel fuel under different extraction conditions was investigated. Under the same reaction conditions, the conversion rates of DBT and BT were 4.2 times and 3.8 times higher under microwave radiation heating than that of traditional heating, respectively. The conversion rates of DBT and BT could be up to 95.6 % and 74.8 % with 400 W microwave radiation and 70 ℃ for 2 h, respectively. Catalytic oxidation with the reaction conditions of m(catalyst)/m(diesel) 7.1 mg/g, the initial concentration of H2O2 0.44 mol/L, microwave power 400 w, reaction temperature 70 ℃ and reaction time 2 h, and then extracted once with ν(DMF)/ν(diesel) of 1/4, the desulfurization rate reached 69.6% with the recovery rate of 97.5%. When increasing the extraction times, the desulfurization rates increased, but the recovery rates of diesel declined obviously, and the high desulfurization rate and high recovery rate are contradictory for the oxidative desulfurization of diesel.
