本研究通过原位水热合成和溶胶凝胶浸提涂敷法在碱处理的钛表面制备了HA/CS复合涂层,并对复合涂层的成分、结构、形貌、生物相容性等进行了表征。结果表明:通过碱处理使钛表面成为超亲水表面是制备HA/CS复合涂层必要条件。复合涂层的成分为HA和CS。复合涂层中壳聚糖的结构和某些性质与细胞外基质中的主要成分氨基多糖极其相似,且表面高密度的正电荷有利于粘附带负电荷的细胞,同时复合涂层中HA具有较好的骨传导性和骨诱导性,能促进细胞的黏附、生长及分化。其中壳聚糖用不同浓度的乙酸溶解,乙酸含量不同复合涂层的形貌也明显不同,生物相容性分析表明,12%的乙酸含量形成较好的HA/CS复合涂层,同时复合涂层的生物相容性较好。

Sol-gel method was used to prepare hydroxyapatite/chitosan (HA/CS) composite coatings on titanium surfaces. Alkali treatment converting hydrophobic Ti surfaces into super-hydrophilic surfaces was the prerequirement of uniform coatings. The hydrothermal environment ensures the well crystallized HA formation. Cell proliferation was assessed using Alamar Blue assay and the cell differentiation was characterized by the alkaline phosphatase activity. The results of cell culturing revealed that the coatings were biocompatible and beneficial for osteoblasts growth.
