【目的】观察人参皂苷Rb1对SAMP8小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。【方法】 腹腔注射给予2.5,5.0,10.0mg/kg的人参皂苷Rb1,通过Y迷宫和跳台试验观察SAMP8及SAMR1鼠的学习记忆功能,借助免疫组化、ELISA方法检测海马内Aβ的水平。【结果】SAMP8鼠的学习记忆能力明显低于相同月龄SAMR1小鼠;人参皂苷Rb1干预3个月后SAMP8学习记忆功能得到明显改善,以5mg/Kg剂量组作用最为显著。人参皂苷Rb1干预后,Aβ1-40水平均不同程度地下降。【结论】人参皂苷Rb1可通过降低可溶性Aβ1-40水平来改善SAMP8学习记忆功能。

We examined the effectd of long-term consumption of Rb1 on the cerebral Aβ content and cognitive performance in senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8 (SAMP8).Administration of ginsenoside Rb1 improved learning and memory outcomes in SAMP8 mice. Notably, a significant dose-dependent reduction of soluble Aβ1-40 wan shown in the hippocampus of SAMP8 mice after administration with ginsenoside Rg1 for 3 months. These data suggest that long-term consumption of gisenoside Rb1 may delay cognitive decline, associated with significant effects on Aβ generation in the hippocampus. These data provide further support for the therapeutic or intervention potency of gisenoside Rb1 ing the early stage of AD.
