光周期对高山姬鼠的能量收支的影响
Effect of photoperiod on Energy budget in Apodemus chevrieri
为了探讨光周期对高山姬鼠的能量收支的影响,对高山姬鼠的能量收支在不同光照条件下(短光照8L:16D,正常光照12L:12D,长光照16L:8D)进行了测定。结果表明:高山姬鼠每日干物质和能量摄入随光照的增加而下降, 短光照周期最高,正常光照周期次之,长光照周期最低。长光照时能量摄入、消化能、消化率、可代谢能、同化率、粪损失能都较正常光照时低,短光照时,尿能、尿能百分率均为最低。
In order to understand effect of photoperiod on Energy budget in Apodemus chevrieri,we measured energy budget of Apodemus chevrieri in different photoperiod condition(short photoperiod (8L:16D) , normal photoperiod (12L:12D) and a long photoperiod (16L:8D) ). The results show that: Dry matter intake and Energy intakein Apodemus chevrieri decreased with the amount of daylight,they all arrive tiptop in short photoperiod,they take the second place in normal photoperiod,they are lowest in long photoperiod.In long photoperiod,Digested energy,Digestibility,Metabolizable energy and Assimilation rate of Apodemus chevrieri are lower than which in normal photoperiod; Proportion of energyintake and Urine are lowest in short photoperiod.This indicates that photoperiod is an important environmental factor to affect the energy metabolism of Apodemus chevrieri.
