大型带式输送机系统设计

大型带式输送机具有长距离、大运量、多驱动等许多优点,正在电力、矿山、港口等许多行业得到推广应用。我国在大型带式输送机的设计、运行与维护等方面还处于起步阶段。因此,对大型带式输送机的设计理论与方法、运行与维护技术等方面进行深入分析研究十分必要。目前,我国带式输送机设计标准采用的是ISO标准,一些参数难以满足大型带式输送机的设计要求。而国际上,大型带式输送机设计主要采用美国CEMA标准和德国DIN标准等。CEMA标准和DIN标准均采用当今最先进的设计理论和技术,在此方面已高于ISO标准,能够满足当前对大型带式输送机设计的需要。本文分析比较了ISO标准与CEMA标准技术差异,并采用CEMA标准对某大型带式输送机进行了设计分析,给出了该输送机主要设计参数及其计算方法。
Large-scale belt conveyors have many advantages, such as heavy tonnage, long distance and multiple pulleys etc, and being widely used in electric power,mine, port fields and so on. Now the design technology of large-scale belt conveyors is not yet perfect in China,and it is short of experience in running and maintenance. Therefore it is necessary to research in the design, running and maintenance of large-scale belt conveyors. Chinese standards equal to ISO’s. The international advanced design technology mainly includes the United States criterion Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) and Germany DIN criterion. These criterions are more advanced than ISO’s and can fit demands. The CEMA is used in this paper, and design a large-scale belt conveyor. The paper gives the design parameters and calculation methods. It can offer references for other belt conveyors design.
