生产线平衡作为精益生产的重要组成部分,影响着某工程车总装车间的生产率,在推行"一个流"的生产方式中,瓶颈工序的直接影响了整个装配线的生产效率,造成其紧前、紧后工站的等待,必须对其进行改善。本文在充分调查和作者亲身生产实践的基础上,拟通过基础工业工程中的生产线平衡的相关理论,利用"ECRS"和"5W1H"的原则和方法,全面分析整个底盘总装工站的各工序关系,对其作出优化的方案,在不增加额外投入的基础上,对整个生产线进行平衡改善,以提高其生产效益。

Line balancing as an important part of lean production, affects a truck assembly plant productivity, In implementing the "one-flow" mode of production, the bottleneck of the whole process directly affects the efficiency of assembly line production, causes of its predecessor, compact work station to wait after and must be improved. In this paper, a full investigation and of the personal production practice, based on the proposed through basic industrial engineering in the line balance theories, the writer uses of the principles and methods of "ECRS" and the "5W1H", comprehensives analysis of the entire chassis assembly process between the various work stations to optimize their programs, without additional input, based on the balance of the entire production line to improve to improve their production efficiency.
