单片压控振荡器的ADS仿真
Monolithic VCO ADS Simulation
本文使用ADS仿真软件对单片压控震荡器进行设计,采用Triquint TQPED 的PHEMT工艺,设计出完全满足设计目标的产品,具有良好的输出功率与相位噪声性能。本文从器件选型开始,使用ADS软件仿真完成了有源器件选型,可变电容器选型,振荡器拓扑结构确定,电路不稳定状态的实现,起振条件的S参数仿真,瞬态仿真以及谐波平衡仿真。为快速准确可行地进行射频单片压控振荡器的计算机辅助设计提供了参考。
his paper demonstrates the design of S band Monolithic VCO with ADS simulation tool. The design based on Triquint 0.5um TQPED pHEMT process. With the simulation of resonating frequency, S parameter and transient simulation, HB simulation. The VCO design achieved a good phase noise specification and output power level. This paper provides a good reference on MMIC VCO fast and accurate design with CAD simulation tools.
