三维服装曲面积件化设计技术研究与实现

针对三维服装曲面提出了积件化的设计思路。给出了三维服装积件的基本图形元素定义与典型服装积件的抽象定义,以上衣、领子垫肩为例,介绍了典型服装积件的三维曲面生成方法,然后分别对搭附类积件、缝合类积件和垫衬类积件设计了相应的组装方式,并以重心坐标编码/解码的方式提出了组装的服装积件之间的维护和更新方法,通过服装积件拼接实现了几种典型的三维服装曲面设计。设计过程和结果表明,该设计方法非常直观、快捷,能有效利用各种服装积件的设计成果,适合于服装大规模在线配置设计。

Provided a components-based method for designing 3D apparel surface. After some basic geometric definitions for 3D apparel components are introduced, the abstract definitions for some typical apparel components are given. Taking the jacket, collar and pad for example, the generation method of typical apparel components is introduced. Then three typical methods of rigging up apparel components are provided, and an encoding/decoding technique is introduced to maintain and update the apparel components. Some typical examples are given for designing a garment by generating, editing and rigging up apparel components. These examples show the components-based method is intuitional, convenient, and utilizing the design result efficiently, which is fit for online fast made-to-measure apparel design.
