Role of YAP1 in regulating AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in prostate cancer CRPC formation
激素非依赖性进展是导致前列腺癌患者死亡的根本原因。然而,至今激素非依赖性前列腺癌(Castration resistant Prostate Cancer-CRPC)的发生机制不明。本研究旨在揭示雄激素阻断治疗(ADT)后,前列腺癌细胞信号通路调节发生了变化,YAP1蛋白调节的AKT/mTOR信号通路可能是CRPC发生发展的的关键因素。通过筛查激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞特异的信号转导和调控网络,筛选激素非依赖性前列腺癌的诊断和治疗的新靶点,发现可以用于治疗激素非依赖性前列腺癌分子诊断、分子分型和个体化靶向治疗药物。提出雄激素阻断治疗(ADT)和抗激素非依赖性前列腺癌靶向抑制药物的联合应用治疗晚期前列腺癌的新治疗方案。
Hormone independent progression is the underlying cause of death in patients with prostate cancer. However, until now, the mechanism of hormone independent prostate cancer (Castration resistant Prostate Cancer-CRPC) is unknown. The purpose of this study was to investigate the regulation of ADT signaling pathway in prostate cancer cells, and the regulation of AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in YAP1 may be a key factor in the development of CRPC. Through the screening of hormone independent prostate cancer specific cell signal transduction and regulation network, new diagnostic and therapeutic target screening for androgen independent prostate cancer, that can be used for the treatment of hormone independent prostate cancer molecular diagnosis, molecular typing and individualized targeted therapy. Objective: to propose a new therapeutic strategy for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and the use of hormone independent prostate cancer targeted inhibitors.?????
