用于光纤F-P传感器互相关解调的CCD信号采集系统的设计
esign of CCD Signal Collection System for Cross-Correlation Demodulation of Optical F-P Sensors
线阵CCD是实现光纤F-P(法布里-珀罗)传感器腔长互相关解调的重要光学元件。根据互相关解调原理,设计了一种CCD信号采集系统。以可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)为核心,具有时序准确、可编程的优点,结合16位CCD信号处理器AD9826,可有效地消除CCD输出噪声,集成USB数据接口,可方便地通过计算机软件进行数据采集。具体实验表明,该系统可灵活地对线阵CCD及其外围电路进行驱动和控制,能够实现线阵CCD信号采集与准确、高速传输的功能。
he linear CCD plays a vital role in the cross-correlation demodulation system of optical fiber F-P(Fabry-Porot)sensors. The design of linear CCD signal collection system is described according to the cross-correlation demodulation principle.The system has the accurate and programmable timing feature with FPGA as the core,eliminates the output noise effectively by using a 16 bits CCD signal processor AD9826,facilitates data acquisition from the host computer by integrating with a USB interface. The experiments show that,this system can not only drive and control linear CCD and the peripheral circuit flexibly but also realize the function of collecting、accurate and high speed transmission the signal of linear CCD.
