格木内生真菌Aspergillus aculeatus代谢产物的化学成分研究

目的 研究格木属植物格木(Erthrophleum fordii Oliver)内生真菌Aspergillus aculeatus次级代谢产物的化学成分。方法 运用色谱分离技术对发酵菌液的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,并运用MS、NMR等波谱技术并结合文献数据对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到7个二酮哌嗪类化合物。结论 这些化合物为同一类型化合物,与宿主植物格木具有相似性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi Aspergillus aculeatus from the Erthrophleum fordii Oliver. Methods The ethyl acetate extraction of fermentation broth was isolated and the compounds were puried by chromatography. The structures were identified by MS and NMR, as well as comparison on spectral data with literarure values. Results Seven diketopiperazines were isolated. Conclusion The compounds isolated were all the same kind, and were similar with the host plant of Erthrophleum fordii Oliver.
