文章以水生态系统中沉积物为研究对象,以研究沉积物中重金属形态变化为目的,利用一种已经筛选出的抗铬微生物--巨大芽孢杆菌,通过BCR方法研究此种微生物对沉积物中重金属形态的影响。得出巨大芽孢杆菌具有改变重金属形态,将活性较高的重金属形态向更稳定的形态转化的作用。

Sediments is a special and important component of aquatic ecosystems,and it is also an important link in heavy metal pollution and repaire.This study is aimed at doing a research about the influence of the anti-chrome microorganism - Bacillus megaterium which has been sceened on the form of heavy metals in the sediments,by experiment in which microorganism was been cultivated by ladder addition with the method of BCR.The conclusion is that bacillus megaterium can change the form of heavy metals, and the heavy metal form of higher activity can be transformed into the more stable form.
