本文研究的电火花修整非金属基金刚石砂轮,因为基体材料的非导电和弱导电性,加大了电火花修整的难度.为了克服非金属基材料的非导电性和弱导电性,本文提出在表面涂抹导电材料的方法.本文以树脂结合剂为例,通过ANSYS仿真分析其可行性.并通过试验验证修整结果.仿真和试验证明本文提出的非金属基砂轮表面涂覆一层辅助放电材料后再进行表面放电修整的技术方案是可行的。

he technology of electron discharge machining(EDM) dressing Nonmetal bond diamond grinding wheels was researched on the paper. The difficulty of EDM dressing is increased, for the material of nonmetal bond has weak conductivity or non-conductivity. A method that conductive medium smears the surface of wheel is proposed on the paper. the feasibility was analysed by ANSYS soft, and the dressing effect was reflected by experiment. The method is proved feasibility and applicability.
