本文以石蜡作为相变储能材料,聚丙烯(PP)作为支撑材料,埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)和膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)作为阻燃剂,运用熔融混合法制备出了阻燃定形相变材料。在阻燃剂总含量一定的情况下,通过变化两种阻燃剂的配比,重点研究了阻燃定形相变材料中二者之间的协同阻燃效应。研究结果表明,当埃洛石含量为9%时,阻燃定形相变材料的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)比单纯使用膨胀阻燃剂时降低了48.2%,此外,总释热量(THR)、烟雾释放速率(SPR)以及二氧化碳释放速率也都有显著的降低。

In this paper, paraffin wax as phase change material , Polypropylene(PP) as support material,halloysite nanotube (HNTs) and intumescent flame retardant as flame retardants, the flame retardant form-stable phase change material was prepared through melt mixing method. In the case of certain total flame retardants content, through change the ratio of the two flame retardants, the synergistic effect between them of flame retardant form-stable phase change material was focus on. The results show that when the mass fraction of halloysite was 9%, the peak of heat release rate (PHRR) of flame retardant form-stable phase change material was reduced 48.2% compared to the flame retardant form-stable phase change material with simply intumescent flame retardant. In addition, the total heat release (THR),smoke release rate (SPR) and the release rate of carbon dioxide are significantly reduced.
