资金来源对标准制定的影响分析--基于各国国家标准机构(NSBs)的实证研究

National standards body means the standard organization set up, confirmed, or admitted by government, or civilized standard organizations which are guided by the government and own authoritative. Based on repeated game model of standard setting process, we found that Government subsidies will reduce the quality of the final standard proposal, and will increase the duration. And we use 20 national standards-setting organizations' the panel data over the period from 2011 to 2014, to study the impact of funding sources for standard output, and there are several differences between governmental and non-governmental standard organization. Results showed that government subsidies and membership fees have the lag negatively affects the standard output, and standard sales and standard service income have a positive impact on standard output. At present, the proportion of government subsidies in governmental national standards bodies than non-governmental national standards bodies, and has an inverse to the standard output.
