基于ABAQUS的混凝土运输搅拌车车架结构的模态分析
Modal Analysis of Concrete Mixer Truck Frame Structure Based on ABAQUS
混凝土运输搅拌车兼顾着搅拌和运输的双重功能，而车架是整车总成的重要部分，要具有足够的强度和刚度以承受车各部件的载荷和从车轮传来的冲击。本文利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其进行了模态分析，得到了车架各阶固有频率及相应的振型，并结合自由模态和约束模态分析计算的结果进行评价，为进一步的优化设计提供理论依据。
oncrete mixer truck has the dual function of transportation and stir constantly,and the frame is an important part of the vehicle assembly, that need to have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the load of the components and the impact came from the wheel. In this paper, based on the finite element software of ABAQUS, the modal analysis of frame is carried out and natural frequency and vibration mode is received. The calculation results of the output were evaluated, and provide the theoretical basis for further optimization design.
