汽车材料的应用现状与发展趋势探讨

为了满足人们对汽车环保性、节能性、安全性、舒适性越来越高的要求,汽车用材料正在发生变化。汽车轻量化成为汽车发展趋势之一。本文分析和介绍了汽车用钢铁材料、轻合金材料、塑料、陶瓷材料、复合材料和其他材料的组织、成分、物理性能和加工成形等特点,指出了它们在降低汽车质量、减少尾气排放、降低能耗、提高安全性和综合性能等方面所起到的作用,并简要介绍了这些材料在汽车制造方面的应用现状。文章指出未来一段时间汽车用材的发展趋势是:钢铁材料仍旧是汽车用材的主体,但性能会不段提高,在汽车用材中的比例也会不断下降。轻合金材料、陶瓷材料、塑料、复合材料和其他材料在汽车上的应用比例会逐渐提高。

For the sake of satisfying people’s ever increasing demands on the environmental protection, energy saving, safety, and comfort about automobile,great changes have taken place in the automative materials.Vehicle mass reduction has become one of the developing trends of automobile. This paper intruduces and analyses the organizations,elements,physical characteristics and molding process of steel materials,light alloy materials,plastic,ceramic materials,composite materials and other materials used in automobile.And it points out the effects of them in decreasing automobile weight,reducing the exhaust gas,deceasing energy consumption,increasing security and integrated capabilities. And the paper intruduces briefly the application situation in automobile manufacture.This paper indicates the developing trends of automative materials. Those trends are as follows: steel materials are steel the main parts in automative materials,but the capabilities will be increasing,and the propotion will be decreasing,. Light alloy materials,plastic,ceramic materials,composite materials and other materials will be increasing in automative materials.
