随着Internet技术的发展，实时业务与日俱增。与传统的IP业务不同，这些业务对时延、带宽等也有明确的要求。与此同时，由于移动通信技术的迅猛发展，实时业务被引入到移动网络环境下，从而对移动网络环境下的服务质量（QoS）保证提出了新的要求，因此，如何在移动IPv6网络中提供QoS保证是目前研究的热点。 本文将NSIS（下一代信令，Next Steps in Signaling）引入到移动IPV6网络中，并阐述其是如何为移动IPV6网络中的实时业务提供资源预留，以保证实时业务的带宽要求。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, there are more and more real-time services, which have clear requirements on time delay and bandwidth emerge. And at the same time these services are introduced into Mobile IP Network ,so there are new demands of QoS in the mobile network environment. In this paper we will introduce NSIS into Mobile IPV6 environment and propose a solution for peer-to-peer QoS resource reserved in Mobile IPv6 environment.
