用两只声表面式小波变换器件构成一只声表面波式小波反变换器件。由于声表面波式小波变换器件的中心频率随温度的变化而变化,所以要对声表面波式小波反变换器件进行温度补偿。在声表面波式小波反变换器件中,两个声表面波式小波变换器件分别用温度系数相反的压电基片材料制作,这样可以对声表面波式小波反变换器件进行温度补偿。本文也详细论述了声表面式小波变换器件设计、制作和实验。
wo wavelet transform devices of surface acoustic wave (SAW) type are used to manufacture a wavelet inverse-transform device of SAW type. Because the center frequency of wavelet transform devices of SAW type varies with temperature, the wavelet inverse-transform device of SAW type is subjected to temperature compensation. The temperature coefficient of the first wavelet transform devices of SAW type is opposite to the one of the second wavelet transform devices of SAW type, so that temperature of wavelet inverse-transform device of SAW type is compensated. This paper also discusses in detail the design, production and experiment for the wavelet transform device of SAW type.
