Salt adaptation mechanism in plant
盐害是影响植物生长和作物产量的主要环境因素之一,研究植物盐胁迫适应机理对于作物耐盐基因工程具有重要的意义。本文从多个角度归纳了植物在盐胁迫条件下的适应机理,包括离子平衡和渗透平衡的调节以及活性氧的清除、植株生长减缓、以及植物各个发育阶段具有不同的盐胁迫敏感性。
Salinity is the main limitation factor for plant growth and crop production. It is of great importance to unravel plant salt-adaptation mechanism for developing transgenic salt-tolerant crops. In this paper, we summarized multiple mechanisms of plant adapted to salt stress, such as maintaining ionic and osmotic balances and scavenging reactive oxygen, slow growth, and different sensitivity to salt stress in different developmental phases.
