针对再制造工艺过程的众多不确定性问题,建立了一个基于颜色Petri网的再制造工艺过程模型,引入颜色标识描述了再制造工艺路线不确定性、再制造资源冲突不确定性和再制造工艺时间不确定性。以最小化再制造工艺成本和延期交货惩罚成本为目标建立了再制造调度模型,并提出了一种基于模拟退火和最小松弛时间规则的优化调度方法,确定最优的再制造工艺路线和零部件加工优先级。将所提出的方法应用到某废旧机床再制造实践中,运用Matlab编程实现了再制造优化调度,并对算法性能做了分析。

In view of the uncertainties inherent in remanufacturing process, a colored Petri net based remanufacturing process model is first proposed to explicitly represent the dynamics of remanufacturing process routings, resource conflicts and process times. A scheduling mathematical model is developed with the objective of minimizing both processing cost and tardiness penalty. A bybrid heuristic using simulated annealing and minimum slack time is also proposed to derive the optimal remanufacturing process routings and operation sequences. The proposed approach is demonstrated through the remanufacturing of used machine tools through matlab programming. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed, as well as the remanufacturing scheduling results.
