针对淮北矿业集团袁庄矿的IV1回风巷道支护难题,通过对巷道失稳变形的分析,根据巷道围岩实际情况,结合数值模拟计算分析,提出高强稳定型耦合支护方案。利用锚注加固技术提高工程岩体的完整性,将支架与围岩耦合为一体,实现支架与围岩共同承载,充分发挥支架的承载能力。通过在帮部和肩部采用锚索进行结构补偿,提高U29型钢支架的稳定性,同时采用高强控底措施控制底板的强烈臌起,保证Ⅳ1专用回风道有效使用断面。通过现场监测,得知巷道变形得到了有效控制,说明高强支护技术最终实现了对受高地应力影响巷道的合理支护。

ccording to difficult problems of the support of YuanZhuang Mine's IV1 ventilation roadway in HuaiBei Coal Mining Corporations, through the analysis of the instability mechanism and the actual situations of roadway surrounding rock, combined with numerical simulation analysis, We put forward the high strength stable coupling support scheme. Through using the bolt-grouting reinforcement technology to improve the integrity of the engineering rock mass and make supports and surrounding rock coupled, we make supports and surrounding rock bearing together, giving fully play to the bearing capacity of supports. Improve the stability of the U29 steel supports through the compensation of anchor cable at roadway side and shoulder. At the same time, ensure the effective use section of Ⅳ1 special back to duct through using high strength of the control measures to control bottom strongly bursting on. Through monitoring the field, we found that the roadway deformation was effectively controlled. So we concluded that the high strength stable coupling support technology finally achieved to support roadway reasonably under the influence of high ground stress.
