微米、纳米及微纳米复合金刚石涂层的制备和性能研究
On the study of micro- nano- and micro-nano diamond coatings prepared by HFCVD
采用化学气相沉积(Chemical Vapor Deposition)法制备的金刚石涂层在硬质合金工模具领域的应用受到了广泛关注。本文在优化的工艺参数下,分别在硬质合金基体上制备了微米、纳米,以及微-纳米复合金刚石涂层,并利用利用扫描电镜、洛氏硬度计、X射线衍射仪、MSE微粒喷浆试验仪等对制得的涂层进行了性能测试。结果表明:微米金刚石涂层的硬度最高,与基体结合力最好,复合金刚石涂层具备微米金刚石和纳米金刚石的综合性能。
iamond coatings prepared by HFCVD method have gained much attention in the field of cemented carbide tools and moulds. In this paper, micro- nano- and micro-nano diamond coatings were prepared on cemented carbide under the optimized parameters. SEM, Rockwell hardness tester, X-ray diffractometer and MSE tester were used to evaluate the properties of the diamond coatings. The results show that hardness of the micro diamond coating is the highest, adhesion between the substrate and the diamond coating is the best of the three, and micro-nano composite diamond coating has qualities of both the micro diamond coating and nano diamond coating.
