城市中心区街道开放的路权分配适度化研究
Study on the appropriate allocation of road rights in the open streets of urban centers
我国正值开放街区建设初期,"小街区、密路网"对疏解城市中心区机动车交通拥堵产生积极影响,然而以机动车为主导的街道并没有得以转变,街区的活力难以提升。通过总结我国城市中心区的街道路权分配标准的主要问题以及开放街区建设的人本需求,提出街道路权分配适度化的概念和理论。基于《阿布扎比街道设计手册》中关于城市中心区路权分配设计标准与我国的对比分析,设计出街道路权分配的适度化标准与街道活力之间的影响关系模型。结合案例研究证明,适度化的路权分配才能提升街道的活力,实现真正以人为本的街区开放。以期对之后城市中心区街道开放的相关研究和实践,提供一定的参考。
t the beginning of the construction of the open block in China, the "small block and dense road network" had a positive impact on the relief of motor vehicle traffic congestion in the central area of the city. However, the street dominated by motor vehicles has not been transformed, and the vitality of the block is difficult to improve. By summarizing the main problems of street right allocation standards in urban central areas of China and the human needs of open block construction, the concept and theory of appropriate allocation of street right rights are proposed. Based on the Abu Dhabi Street Design Handbook, a comparative analysis of the design criteria for road rights distribution in urban central areas and China, the impact relationship model between the appropriate standard of street right distribution and street vitality is designed. Combined with case studies, it is proved that moderate allocation of road rights can enhance the vitality of the street and realize the opening of a truly people-oriented neighborhood. In order to provide some reference for the related research and practice of the opening of the streets in the central area of the city.
