高质量发展背景下科技期刊编辑的职业道德需求研究
he Professional Ethical Needs for Editors of Scientific Journals in the Context of High-Quality Development: Based on the Analysis of Job Ethical descriptions of Editors
目的 高质量人才可助推期刊实现高质量发展，分析我国高质量科技期刊编辑的职业道德需求现状，既可以了解期刊管理者对编辑建构道德期待的影响因素，也可以为利用道德因素调整编辑职业动机与行为提供参考。 方法 以“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”入选期刊作为我国期刊高质量发展研究案例，采集招聘启事中的道德需求相关文本作为主要经验资料，引入扎根理论对其进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码，分析影响科技期刊编辑职业道德需求的关键因素及相关关系。 结果 分析结果显示，个体价值认同（主体变量）、实践人才需求（内置反馈变量）、职业体制和职业公约（外部情境变量）4个主范畴显著影响了对编辑的职业道德需求，但它们具体的影响方式和路径有所不同。整体上，围绕4个主范畴建构了编辑职业道德需求模型以及各变量的调节效应机制。 结论 科技期刊编辑职业道德需求受招聘者个体认知影响较大，具有较强的主观性与随机性。进一步，职业道德需求会随着期刊发展规划、编辑职能认知、个体情绪强度等具体因子而调整。此外，我国提倡“爱岗敬业”的职业道德模范氛围，也会极大影响编辑的道德自律与职业认同。
