极近距离煤层回采巷道布置及支护技术研究

为了研究山西大同唐山沟煤矿极近距离煤层群下行开采下部煤层回采巷道布置问题,以弹性力学、岩体力学、土力学等为基础进行计算分析,结果表明12#煤开采后其底板最大破坏深度为13.48m,可以定性地确定13#煤层回采巷道内错布置在低应力区比较合适,并对煤柱底板的各应力分布规律进行分析。采用均布载荷计算得出13#煤层巷道合理内错距为9.45m,提出锚带网+注浆锚索+桁架组合支护方式。现场应用表明,确定的内错距9.45m比较合理,巷道支护效果较好,未出现强烈的矿压显现。

In order to study the problem of rational gateway position of lower coal seam of Tangshangou mine in Datong,Shanxi Province,the paper analyzed and calculated with Elasticity、 rock mechanics and Soil Mechanics.the calculations show that the maximum strain in the floor from the 10 seam mined is 13.48m. Taken Inner crossing layout of the 13seam gateway in low stress region was determined qualitatively. The stress distribution law in the floor around the pillar was analyzed.the reasonable inner stagger distance for the gateway in the number 13 seam is 9.45m under uniform load.a mean of support pattern,bolt +belt+ wire-netting+ grouting anchor cable+ truss,was adopted.Field studies show the inner stagger distance of 9.45m is suitable, the supporting result is good and strong pressures do not appear after mining.
