“瓜蒌-薤白” 药对对大鼠抗急性心肌缺血的药效学研究

Objective To approach the effects of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim and Allium macrostemon Bge (TKAM) on anti acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods Rats were divided into 5 groups randomly, ligation coronary artery of the left anterior descending (LAD) cause acute myocardial ischemia in rats damage model. Respectively to physiological saline, Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim, Allium macrostemon, and compatibility of TKAM to intervene 14d, to observe the change of S-T segment were observed ; determination the levels of maleic dialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), the activity of the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the activity of creatine kinase (CK) in serum , by tetrazolium chloride (TTC) Staining , the areas of myocardial infraction were observed; and the cardiac muscle tissue was stained by HE to observe its necrosis area and pathological changes. Results After compatibility of trichosanthes kirilowii maxim and Allium macrostemon Bge , the inhibitory effects of the rats with acute myocardial ischemia model resistance electrocardiogram S - T segment elevations has more significant, can reduce serum LDH 、CK activity and MDA content, increase serum SOD activity, significantly reduce myocardial infarction scope, protect myocardial tissue. Conclusions After Trichosanthes Kirilowii compatibility with Allium macrostemon Bge, the acute myocardial ischemia caused by the effect of myocardial injury is more significant.
