资源枯竭型城市财政支出结构实证研究--基于因子和聚类分析

he paper studies fiscal spending of 13 resource-exhausted cities of 6 provinces in our country with factor and cluster analysis method. It extracts three main factors, namely the advanced industry, security industry and the foundation industry spending. It also points out that resource-exhausted cities are divided into partial foundation industry expenditure structure, industry equilibrium expenditure structure and partial senior industry expenditure structure. The results are contribute to optimize the structure of fiscal expenditure of resource-exhausted cities and improve the functions of the government .
