摘要
将3-苯基-4-芳基亚甲胺基-1,2,4-三唑与芳香醛在冰醋酸体系中反应,得到一系列杂环席夫碱3-苯基-4-芳基亚甲胺基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮,为进一步改善其生物活性,本文在此基础上尝试引入多氟碘代烷合成了一系列的N-多氟烷基-3-苯基-4-芳基亚甲胺基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮,并用1H-NMR, 19F-NMR, IR和MS表征了它们的结构。
Abstract
The reaction of 3-phenyl-4-(benzylideneamino)-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione with aromatic aldehydes gave a series of the Schiff bases 3-phenyl-4-(benzylideneamino)-1,2,4-triazole in glacial acetic acid medium. To improve their bioactivities, a series of N-perfluoroaryl-3-phenyl-4-(benzylidene amino)-1,2,4-tri- azole-5-thione were synthesized by introducing perfluorinated alkyl iodides in this paper and their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 19F-NMR, IR and MS spectra.关键词
