普通小麦镉吸收基因Cdu1组成的功能标记检测

镉是一种有毒重金属,培育低镉吸收的作物品种具有重要的意义。他们利用新开发的功能型共显性分子标记usw47对86份供试普通小麦品种(系)的镉吸收基因Cdu1组成进行了检测和分析。结果表明:在供试的86份小麦材料中,59个材料具有低镉吸收型的375bp特异条带,占68.60%,27个材料具有高镉吸收型225bp的特异性条带,占31.40%;在47份小偃6号的衍生材料中,有74.47%的衍生品种(系)在镉吸收基因Cdu1基因位点上与小偃6号一致,具有低镉吸收型的优良等位变异,25.53%的衍生后代具有高镉吸收型的等位变异类型;多数山东省近年选育小麦材料中具有低镉吸收型的特异条带。

admium is a toxic metals, developing new varieties with low cadmium absorption was very important. One co-dominant functional molecular marker, usw47 was used in this study to identify the composition of the cadmium uptake gene (Cdu1) in 86 wheat cultivars (lines). Results showed fifty-nine materials had 375bp bands as the low cadmium absorption type, account for 68.60%; while 27 materials had 225bp bands as the higher cadmium absorption type, accounts for 31.40%. About 74.47% derivatives of wheat cultivar Xiaoyan 6 had the same gene compositions with Xiaoyan 6 at Cdu1 locus, while about 25.53% derivatives had the high-Cd alleles. Most newly developed cultivars in Shandong provinces had the low-Cd alleles, while 33.33% cultivars had the high-Cd alleles.
