多因素条件下试剂预处理玻璃表面防尘保洁实验研究

论文对不同试剂预处理玻璃表面粘附微颗粒的清除特性进行研究,以某教学楼一楼实验室作为采样地点,不同试剂处理的载玻片表面作为研究对象,运用激光粒度分析仪、显微图像分析系统研究了不同试剂(未处理、清洗剂、TiO2),不同角度(0°、45°、90°)、不同时间(1d、3d、10d、30d)和不同清洗方式(未清洗、清水、洗衣粉溶液) 下载玻片表面粘附微颗粒特征。研究发现:1)载玻片表面粘附微颗粒清洗前后质量变化依次为TiO2>清洗剂>未处理,说明对玻璃表面预处理可以实现表面微颗粒易清洗目的;2)随着粘附时间增加,微颗粒更加难以清除,经清洗剂处理表面粘附时间较长的微颗粒清除具有促进作用;3)清洗前后微颗粒总数在0°、45°时与时间成正比关系,在90°时却有明显不同,说明角度90°时以物理化学粘附为主,比重力沉降表面时粘附力大,难以清除;4)微颗粒平均粒径与时间、角度和清洗剂类型没有明显关系,粒径主要集中在12~22um ,遮光比的变化整体与颗粒总数变化类似。
In order to study the influencing factors of surface dustproof technology, the experiment considered different reagent and different condition. It chose a laboratorial room as sampling place, selected slides surface which was dealt by reagent to collect the particles. The contrastive factors were different pre-treating reagent (None,Cleanser,TiO2), angle(0°,45°,90°), time (1d,3d,10d,30d) and wash method (None,Water,Cleanser), Laser Particle Sizer (LS-800) and Micrograph Analysis System(SA3300) were used to observe the particles adhering to the surface of slides. The research found: 1) the quality of wipe off particles is TiO2>Cleanser>None, it can be proved that the slides surface dealt by reagent is easier to eliminate particles than not; 2) the time of the particles adhering to surface is longer, the particles are more difficult to clean away, it can help to wipe off the particles from the surfaces which were dealt by cleanser; 3) the amount of particle is direct ratio with time when the angle at 0° and 45°, but it is independent of time at 90°, it explains the force of adhering to surface is mostly physical-chemistry action, it is more powerful than gravity sedimentation and more difficult to wipe off; 4) the average value of particle size is independent of time,angle and wash method, the particle size distribution mainly centralize at 12~22 um, the cover ratio change is similar with the amount of particle.
