众包-反馈协作平台理论模型研究

Building a smart city is the need to achieve sustainable development of the city, and the efficient management of the smart city is the focus of current urban construction. Based on the analysis of a large number of literatures and the successful practice of crowdsourcing feedback, this paper introduces the feedback mechanism from the crowdsourcing model of smart city management based on the previous research, and constructs the theoretical model of crowdsourcing-feedback collaboration platform. Through crowdsourcing mode to complete management tasks with public wisdom, saving costs and improving efficiency; in the process of crowdsourcing, the public can directly transmit feedback information to government departments, so that they can adjust decision making in a timely manner. The "crowdsourcing-feedback-processing" framework for smart city management issues has been formed, which provides a new basis for public participation in smart city management and government department decision making.
