射频功率放大器线性化技术研究

介绍了功率放大器的两种线性化技术:预失真技术和前馈技术。给出了一种预失真器的电路形式,并对前馈功率放大器进行了分析。用两种线性化技术分别对一个40W连续波功率放大器进行线性化,HPADS的仿真结果表明,预失真技术和前馈技术分别使该功率放大器的IM3降低了20dB和36dB.
In this paper,two linear technology of RF power amplifier—predistortion and feedforward—are presented. A predistorter circuit is proposed,and some theory analysis of feedforward power amplifier is given. Use these two techlologies on a power amplifier whose continuous wave output power is 40 watts,and the simulate result from HPADS shows that predistortion and feedforward lower the IM3 of the power amplifier 20dB and 30 dB respectively.
