o deal with the uncertainty of the degree of membership of triangular fuzzy numbers, this paper uses the conception of interval-value fuzzy sets and the principle of fuzzy structured element, and provides the method in measuring the magnitude of the uncertainty of the degree of membership of interval-value triangular fuzzy numbers which are created linearly by the fuzzy structured element, while studies on the linear creation of the type-2 fuzzy numbers by the fuzzy structured element, which’s degree of membership are triangular fuzzy numbers, and brings forward the conceptions of the degree of creditability of type-2 fuzzy numbers and the -creditable interval.
