本文采用多维数值模拟的方法对某柴油机工作过程进行了研究,分析了喷孔数与进气涡流的匹配对于缸内油气混合与燃烧特性的影响规律,得到结论:采用少喷孔匹配适当的涡流可以在混合速率、均匀性以及混合气分布范围方面提高缸内油气混合质量;采用少喷孔大孔径会带来过大的喷雾SMD,但这方面对于混合过程的阻碍作用小于其在其他方面的促进作用;采用少喷孔匹配适当进气涡流,能够在前期预混燃烧阶段带来更多稀薄燃烧,总体看来放热率更大,燃烧更充分。

In this paper, multi-dimensional numerical simulation was conducted to study the influence of the matching of the number of nozzle holes and intake swirl on the mixing and combustion charactristics in diesel engine.The result showed that, the mixing rate, uniformity and distribution range of the mixture could be improved while adapting proper intake swirl and injector with less nozzle holes. Using injector with less nozzle holes and larger nozzle diameter would result in larger SMD, but this hinderment is smaller than the promote in other aspects; Adapting the matching of less nozzle holes and appropriate intake swirl could cause in leaner combustion in the early premixed combustion stages , greater overall heat release rate and ultimately more efficient combustion process.
