毛细管电泳法鉴别天麻品种
Identification of Gastrodia elata Bl. by Capillary electrophoresis
发现一种简单、明确的方法，可用于鉴别目前常见的五种天麻。采用超声波水提得待测液；在230nm检测波长，磷酸盐缓冲液稀释5倍后使用，20 KV电压等条件下进行毛细管电泳；所得图谱可见4个较大峰，其中各个品种的1、2、3号峰目测一致，4号峰具有明显的品种特异性，目测即可明显鉴别。
In this paper, a simple, clear method was found. It may be used to identify the five kinds of Gastrodia elata Bl. Menthods: Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of water-solvlable from Gastrodia elata Blume, detection wavelength of 230nm, 5 times diluted phosphate buffer, and 20 KV voltage. Maps in capillary zone electrophoresis are typically obtained in 4 large peaks, various of 1, 2, 3, 4th, and the 4th peak has a significant species specificity.
