Facing an increasing demand of users' requirements and more severe market challenges, in order to seize the mobile Internet market, operators proposed the concept of RCS. This article gave an exhaustive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of specific technical implementations of RCS, by analyzing from standardization development, key technologies and key issues of the four Basic functions, then obtained the suggestions of application and Commercial deployment.
