本文以超声振动辅助珩齿工艺为研究对象,在对前期超声振动辅助珩齿装置的结构进行不断改进的基础上,提出了具有互换性的结构设计方案,并试制成功。工作过程中的超声振动系统整体处于谐振状态,超声传递系统做简谐振动。从微分方程出发,利用边界条件和各部分之间的连接条件,本文建立了超声传递系统各组成部分的振幅方程,得到驻波波形图。最后,经过理论推导,揭示了齿轮上的被加工区域的质点的主振动是椭圆运动,并在多向反射波的共同作用下,会在椭圆运动的同时伴有扰动。

In this paper a structural design of ultrasonic auxiliary gear honing device with interchangeability is made based on constantly improving to the old ones, and the trial device has been made successfully according to the design. While working, the whole ultrasonic oscillation transmission is in state of resonance, and does harmonic oscillation. Proceeding from their oscillation differential equation, meeting the position conditions of borders and jointures between adjacent parts, this paper deducts the amplitude expressions of each part of whole system, and makes the stationary wave chart. The last, by inference, this paper reveals the law that the oscillation trajectory of particles lie in the being machined zone of gear is an ellipse accompanied with perturbations, the perturbations are as a result of actions of reflecting waves coming from various directions.
